Exchange Procedure

3.1 Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we will offer a credit for future purchases or a suitable alternative, subject to your preference.

3.2 Exchange Process: Upon receipt and verification of the returned product(s), we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement product(s) to your designated address. The shipping cost for the exchanged product(s) will be borne by us.
